The Cascade Range Investments real estate portfolio is a combination of industrial warehouse properties acquired during our years of ownership of Sunlight Supply, Inc. as well as newly acquired properties. This includes the purchase of two new warehouse properties and one multi-tenant retail center in 2021. The 2022 acquisition of ten single tenant warehouses, one multi-tenant warehouse. The 2023 acquisition of four single tenant warehouse properties and the construction of two new single tenant warehouses. One single tenant warehouse property and one multi-tenant warehouse property with completion in 2024. We continue to seek quality properties. In particular, single tenant, free standing concrete tilt, dock and grade industrial warehouses.
