2003-2018: The acquisition and construction of 7 legacy warehouses during our ownership of Sunlight Supply, Inc.
2021: The purchase of 1 retail center and 2 single tenant warehouses.
2022: The acquisition of 10 single tenant warehouses, 1 multi-tenant warehouse and the construction of 1 single tenant warehouse.
2023: The acquisition of 4 single tenant warehouse properties and the construction of 2 single tenant warehouses.
2024: The acquisition of 4 single tenant warehouses and 2 industrial condominiums. Begin construction of an 8-unit, industrial condominium project in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
2025: The acquisition of 1 single tenant airplane hangar and 1 single tenant warehouse.
