2023: The acquisition of 4 single tenant warehouse properties and the construction of 2 single tenant warehouses.
2024: The acquisition of 4 single tenant warehouses and 2 industrial condominiums. Begin construction of an 8-unit, industrial condominium project in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
